Dr. Molly Spencer is a certified personal trainer and an experienced food, sensory, and behavioral scientist. She is a three-sport athlete and a North Carolina native. Molly enjoys competing in road races, lifting weights, and playing soccer and basketball. She is passionate about helping others make healthy lifestyle changes that are enjoyable and sustainable.
