For the advanced or specialized gym-goer, our all-day open gym allows clients to utilize our facility from 6am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturday. Without the oversight of a coach, clients can utilize all equipment that our strength and conditioning facility has to offer.
Our thorough Individual Program Design is tailor-made to each individual through data collection with skin fold measurements, fat storage identification and both ability and capability tests that provide indication of each individual’s proper workout prescription.
Quick Class is a fitness regimen specifically tailored for our busier members who are on a time-sensitive schedule. Each 30-minute class incorporates a variety of energy systems, such as aerobic and anaerobic activity, coupled with core work and resistance training. No heavy weights and less complex, multiple-joint exercises.
CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. Led by seasoned Olympic lifter and personal trainer Maxwell Bronfman, DB Barbell Club meets to strengthen and build upon technique, while highlighting the history and purpose of lifting. All levels welcome. Complimentary for DB members.
The Different Breed (of Moms) package is a 6-week fitness regimen specifically designed for mothers who manage busy schedules while prioritizing their fitness education, flexibility, community and results.
From dropping baby weight to toning up for swim season, our program will help each and every participant to meet individual goals. For those motivated by camaraderie, this package fosters a community of like-minded mothers who gather together weekly and hold each other accountable. Outside of group classes, each mother will complete individual workouts at their own leisure with programming offered via TrainHeroic. The 6 consecutive weeks break down as follows:
– 2 day/week access to open gym at Different Breed to complete individual workout prescriptions through Train Heroic App at our gym or yours
– 1 day/week access to Different Breed (of Moms) group class on Wednesdays at 10-11AM at Different Breed
