For the advanced or specialized gym-goer, our all-day open gym allows clients to utilize our facility from 6am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturday. Without the oversight of a coach, clients can utilize all equipment that our strength and conditioning facility has to offer.
Our thorough Individual Program Design is tailor-made to each individual through data collection with skin fold measurements, fat storage identification and both ability and capability tests that provide indication of each individual’s proper workout prescription.
CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience.
